I'm very sorry I haven't been keeping you updated. It turns out that I am horrible at blogging but I am going to try very hard to post at least once a week from now on.
It has been quite a few months since I last posted ere go I have a lot of new paintings to show you, however I will get to that in a minute...
In current events I am trying to get my artwork seen, and it is a challenge for sure. My lovely husband is working on an updated website for me so there will be that. I don't know if I've mentioned it before but my website is
http://www.wiseowlcolour.com/. Right now it is not a fantastic looking site, but like I said, it will look much better once my husband finishes with it.
At the moment I am working on trying to break into the Granville Island scene. I'm not sure if it will happen this year but who knows, worth a shot. I have to submit 4 paintings and an artist statement to be judged, and I guess from there I have to wait and see if I get picked from the hundreds of artists who tryout to be a "day vendor" in the market. This isn't a full time thing by any means, but it would get my artwork out there.
